1) We are committed to design and embroidery,HappyJapan HCD3E-1501 is the best commercial embroidery machine on the market and my 20 years of experience with Happy Japan can attest to that.2) I have been using Happy Voyager for more than 10 years, I have 2 of them, both are 12 needle machines. I am very happy with the production and quality of the machines. They just keep running and running.
3) Can we put our brand loyalty aside and appreciate how incredible these machines are? I work in the medical imaging field and to this day some of the machines still impress me like the MRI, CT and Nuc Med. However, I will say that after having to repair the old overused first version of the Happy HCD-15 (reciprocator, potentiometer and springs) I had the same feeling, like how the hell does this thing work? It's complicated, but works like a Rolex.
4) I run all the pleasure machines in my store and they run like gyros. I have 3 8-head machines (2006, 2012, 2021), a Happy single-head machine (2021), and we took delivery of a brand new Happy 12-head machine on Monday. The Happy machines are as sturdy as they came. Sure, something will always happen, but something happens to all brands of machines ...... Just oil them like you're supposed to and they'll last forever. If Tajima is the "Mercedes" of industrial embroidery machines, then Happy is a fully loaded Toyota.
5) I bought my first multi-needle in August and chose the Happy HCD3E-X and so far it's been great. I was skeptical as to why their model was so much cheaper than the Tajima or ZSK. I did a lot of research before purchasing and went to a local trade show where Happy Japan was demonstrating and spent time with their personnel asking questions and watching the machine work in real time. In the end, after meeting their team in person, I felt that I made the right decision to buy from Xingxin. I'm also lucky enough to be only a couple hours away from their office, so if I need maintenance, I don't have to worry about sending someone out to fix the machine.
6) Just got one a couple weeks ago (HappyJapan HCD3E-1501) and I love it. I think the training you will get varies from dealer to dealer, but I had it delivered, set up and trained on the same day! Totally capable of handling hats and anything you can throw at it. I also got some magnetic loops which make my life easier. They seem to last forever. Interestingly, when I went to their sales office to discuss these machines and watch them in action, the sales rep told me that someone had purchased the machine 15 years ago and it was still going strong. I believe the machine in question is an entry level machine.
