1）About a year ago I started my embroidery journey with a Tajima TWMX-C1501 single head. Now I am happy to say I can run a 6 head machine and love it. 2）I just completed my first 100+ cap order on my Tajima TWMX-C1501 yesterday and it handled it very smoothly. Not a single thread or needle breaks during the entire job. Tajima machines are beasts. 3）We started with 1 head Tajima TWMX-C1501 at the end of 2020 and now we have 13 Tajima TWMX-C1501s! 4）A machine is a real asset to a company when it can effortlessly produce a perfect product, and this little guy, the Tajima TWMX-C1501, has been a great asset to me. 5）You can never go wrong with a Tajima/Barrington, Tajima is one of the most popular of the two in the world. These are the Cadillacs of embroidery machines. 6）So far I really like my Tajima TWMX-C1501 machine. I got mine about two months ago. 7）When it comes to embroidery machines, there are really only two choices, Tajima and Parade. They have the most reliable track record when it comes to quality. When choosing between these two brands you just have to see which one has the closest service tech to you, because eventually you will need one. For me it's Tajima, we have a service tech in my city.

1) I am in Ohio and purchased my 15 pins from Barudan in 2004. Not only did I choose them because they were in Ohio, but at the time I didn't want to worry about repairs. I've only had one service call since then and he was from Kentucky. He spent half a day and cost me $480, not bad. I can't compare the actual sewing to other machines, but I have read that the Barudan is great for hats and small fonts. I have no problem with either of them. I think maybe I'm one of those people who pisses themselves off. 2) I own the Barudan C01 as well as a BEKT Series 6 head. It is the next generation of the Pro 3, but uses many of the same parts/techniques. It sews like a dream. You can switch from flats to a cap very quickly with little to no adjustment. The way Barudan designed the impact plates/hooks allows you to really lower the height of the hat. If you use 3D/Puff on a regular basis, I highly recommend it. I've owned and used several different brands in the 25 years I've been doing this job and I'm mad at myself for not buying a Barudan sooner. There are 3 techs in Southern California.Trent is the guy who usually does our work in IE. Really nice guy. I have a friend who used to be a tech and worked on Disney's maintenance team. He always said that if you embroider the same thing every day, Tajima is the way to go. If you need versatility, the Beringer is the better machine." 3) We have the pro 3 and k series BEKY. i work on hats and jackets almost every day and the only time i have had problems with my machine is when someone provides a .dst file. (sometimes screwed up on the jump) I've had my fair share of problems, but mostly user error. As far as tension and stitching goes, I check the tension every 3 months or unless I use a different thread. I used to have a tech come in and do annual maintenance checks, but took over after I observed him. I refuse to pay $4000 for a tech and it actually took 3 days to complete a 2 hour job.
